Through usage of Quantum Magic a practitioner is able to exploit both the natural and supernatural forces of the meta structure to infinite degrees, giving the user all but unlimited possibilities to work around with.
Users possess a special type of adaptive magic, allowing them to spontaneously create new spells if they have enough understanding of the desired effects, and adapt magical effects on the fly to meet the needs of every situation. They can intuitively learn any kind of magic, absorb any kind of energy to power-up their magic, scan objects/beings/phenomena to incorporate their effects to their magical options, and recombine known magical effects into brand new ones.
Reactive Adaptation
can either instantly develop powers or abilities to deal with threats or their bodies dynamically learn from experience. Depending on the user's control of the power or genetic structure, the reactive effects can be permanent or temporary.
For example, after a certain situation, the user's skin may become tougher. They may display increased IQ after a difficult test or fortified emotions after a personal argument. The user may be able to read different languages after moments of looking them up or be able to withstand a constant bombardment of radiation. Some users may develop Enhanced Speed after being shot, or grow Dermal Armor, or gain the opposite power of their opponent.
In some instances, a magical object may express similar powers.

Some users are the defensive type, simply preventing all damages, to appear physically invulnerable, while others are the regenerative type, surviving and quickly recovering from anything you throw at them while at the same time they are capable of resurrecting themselves instantly after death and completely self-sustaining, free from all bodily necessities.

The user can move at infinite velocities, allowing user to surpass and perceive light speed movements and move at speeds that allow them to move past time and space itself.
Applications
can strike targets with a far superior force/blow, usually resulting in a One Hit Kill against almost anything. Mostly used by gods, this ability may have a divine aspect imbued into it, dealing even more damage to unholy or evil enemies.
The amount of power capability used in this ability is absolutely unlimited, merely preparing its use can induce fear in opponents.
can create/use attacks that cannot be blocked, reduced, countered, negated or deflected by any means, defenses, armor and immunity. This ability is not dependent on physical factors like strength, but is instead based on the properties of the attack.
Applications

Concept Destruction: destroy and negate conceptual defenses such as time and dimension to successfully hit the target.

Defense Break: bypass and ignore all forms of defense, whether it be metal armor or dimensional barrier.

Defensive Damage: Inflict damage even while guarding.

Intangibility Cancellation: ignoring the fact that the target cannot be affected by attacks, the strike cannot be phased through.

Irreversible Destruction: true to the attack being "absolute", the effects and damage inflicted are also absolute, causing regeneration and reconstruction to fail.

Omnipresential Attack: no matter what timeline the target is residing in, the attack will strike at all space-time locations, ensuring a successful hit at a time when they are vulnerable (i.e. before acquiring intangibility or immortality).

One Hit Kill: Because it is an absolute power, the user's attack is amazingly powerful, enough to kill a human completely, especially a user with Immortality, or the Enhanced Healing Factor power.
